Printing Methods

Thermography (raised) printing is standard for invitations, announcements, stationery and holiday cards; flat printing is available upon request. Flat printing is standard for business size letterhead. We currently do not offer engraving or letterpress printing.

About our paper, printing, and custom art requirements

We manufacture all of our products on premium quality, heavy-weight paper that has a vellum or slightly textured finish. Our primary printing method is thermography (raised printing).

  • Invitations, Announcements and Note Cards are printed on 100# cover stock. Thermography printing is standard; flat printing is available upon request.
  • Personal Lettersheets are printed on 100# text stock. Thermography printing is standard; flat printing is available upon request.
  • Foldover Notes are printed on 80# cover stock. Thermography printing is standard; flat printing is available upon request.
  • Business Size Letterhead is printed on 80# text stock. Flat printing is standard; thermography printing is not available on this stock.
  • Business Cards are printed on 100# cover stock. Thermography printing is standard; flat printing is available upon request.
  • Holiday Cards are printed on 80# cover stock. Thermography printing is standard; flat printing is available upon request.

Custom art & logos

  • We can print your custom art or logo in one color (your choice of color). Simply e-mail your high resolution (300 DPI)  black & white file in either TIFF, EPS, GIF or PDF format to our design department: design@aldengrace.com
