We encourage you to email your questions anytime, as we frequently check email all day and also throughout the evening and weekend hours and will respond as needed. support@aldengrace.com

If I am unhappy with my order, what is your guarantee?
All of us at Alden Grace want every order to exceed your expectations. We cannot accept returns because every order is customized. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or workmanship or if we have made an error, we will re-print your order at no charge.
 
Do you offer a rush service, and if so, what is the cost?
Rush service is available for a $25 additional charge. If you need your order quickly, please specify in Order Notes when you place your order. We will do our best to work with you and accommodate your time frame.
 
How do I check the status of my order?
If you want to check the status of your order, please email us and we will gladly update you. If your order has shipped, we can track your shipment and provide you with the tracking number. You can also log into your account and the status of your order will be displayed.

May I see a sample of the item I am interested in before I order it?  
If you are interested in specific designs, we are happy to mail you up to 3 samples to any USA address free of charge. Just email your request and mailing address to: support@aldengrace.com
 
Will I be able to see a proof of my order before you print it?
You may choose to receive an optional proof of your item during the ordering process. Your color proof (PDF file) will be emailed to you. Once you have viewed your proof, simply reply to our email indicating your approval or notating any changes. We will not begin production of your order until we receive final approval from you.

How can I make changes to my order after I have placed it or approved my proof?
Please email us immediately with any changes to your order, because we frequently begin processing it within hours of order receipt or your proof approval (if you requested an optional proof).

Will you help me select the right accessories for my wedding invitations and help me with their wording?
We will gladly explain the different components of a wedding package and help you determine which ones you may need. We are also available to answer your etiquette questions and help with the wording of your invitation items.

How can I add an accessory once my order has been placed?
Please email us immediately with any additions to your order. We prefer to process all components of your order at the same time. This will also ensure that your order will be shipped complete as quickly as possible.

If I did not order enough, how can I order extras after I have received my order?
If you need to order more pieces of your stationery, invitations or announcements, please email us so that we may refer to the original order and typesetting documents. We will do our best to process your re-order quickly. Please keep in mind that minimum order quantities apply. 

What forms of payment do you accept and when do I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal payments, or Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards. Paying by credit card on our website is very safe due to our SSL security. We always charge the full cost of an order when the order is placed because every order we produce is customized. We begin investing resources in each order shortly after we receive it, such as pre-press preparation or purchasing custom stock.
