How can I order your products?
Our products can be ordered in two ways:
  • You may select your item(s) and complete the ordering process on our website.
  • You may select your item(s) on our website and call us toll-free at (866) 494-4083, and we will happily take your order by telephone.
If I have a question, how do I contact you?
As you look through our website or place your order, you may have questions or comments. Ordering a personalized product is a complex process, and we are available to help you Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm (Eastern time).

If I am unhappy with my order, what is your guarantee?
All of us at Alden Grace want every order to exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products or workmanship or if we have made an error, we will re-print your order at no charge.
 
Do you offer a rush service, and if so, what is the cost?
Rush service is available at no additional charge. If you need your order quickly, please call or e-mail us after submitting your order. We will do our best to work with you and accommodate your time frame.
 
How do I check the status of my order?
If you want to check the status of your order, please call or e-mail us, and we will gladly update you. If your order has shipped, we can usually track your shipment and provide you with the tracking number. You can also log into your account and the staus of your order will be displayed.
 
If I do not feel comfortable giving my credit card information online, how do I place my order?
Paying by credit card on our website is very safe due to our VeriSign SSL security and is the quickest way to get your order in process. However, we understand that you may not be comfortable doing this. If you choose to, you may select your item(s) on our website and call us toll-free at (866) 494-4083, and we will happily take your order and credit card information by telephone.
May I see a sample of the item I am interested in before I order it? 
If you are interested in a specific design(s), we will be happy to mail you up to 3 samples free of charge.
 
 
Will I be able to see a proof of my order before you print it?
You may choose to receive an optional proof of your item during the ordering process. Your color proof (PDF file) will be e-mailed to you within one business day. Once you have viewed your proof, simply reply to our e-mail indicating your approval or notating any changes. We will not begin production of your order until we receive final approval from you.
How can I make changes to my order after I have placed it or approved my proof?
Please call or e-mail us immediately with any changes to your order, because we frequently begin processing it within hours of order receipt or your proof approval (if you requested an optional proof).
Will you help me select the right accessories for my wedding invitations and help me with their wording?
We will gladly explain the different components of a wedding package and help you determine which ones you may need. We are also available to answer your etiquette questions and help with the wording of your invitation items.
How can I add an accessory once my order has been placed?
Please call or e-mail us immediately with any additions to your order. We prefer to process all components of your order at the same time. This will also ensure that your order will be shipped complete as quickly as possible.
If I did not order enough, how can I order extras after I have received my order?
If you need to order more pieces of your stationery, invitations or announcements, please call or e-mail us so that we may refer to the original order and typesetting documents. We will do our best to process your re-order quickly. Please keep in mind that minimum order quantities apply. 
Can I purchase your product blank and print it myself?
We do not offer any of our products blank - with the exception of place cards. We take great pride in the products we process and believe that the quality of the personalization is an important part of the overall aesthetics.

For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Paying by credit card on our website is very safe due to our VeriSign SSL security and is the quickest way to get your order in process.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If your order is cancelled before we have printed it, there is no cancellation charge. If you have ordered a proof, the cost of the proof will be charged. Once your order has been printed, it will be completed and the full value of the order will be charged to you.
